Consent isn't a one-time event; it's a skillset that we can grow and evolve throughout our lives if we dedicate the necessary attention to it. In this interactive workshop, we will create time and space to reflect on our consent practices in all aspects of life—not just in the bedroom—and identify areas for improvement that align with our values. Participants will leave with a consent action plan outlining their next steps to better align their values with their actions. We will pay special attention to moving beyond acronyms and catchphrases like "yes means yes," and explore how to approach consent as an invitation to intimacy, safety, and community care.

This class is open to all attendees over the age of 18.
