Jealousy and envy are common emotions that can arise in a wide range of relationships, from romantic partnerships to friendships and even professional connections. If you're struggling with these feelings or just want to have new tools to understand and navigate these feelings, join Dare for Navigating Jealousy & Envy. Whether we are monogamous, non-monogamous, or any other relationship model, navigating jealousy and envy are important skills to develop and spend time on!

In this workshop, we will discuss why we get jealous and envious, and the impact these feelings can have on our relationship with self and others. Seeking to understand our personal signs and causes of these feelings, we will develop an understanding of how to effectively communicate our needs and build healthier adaptations and coping mechanisms. We’ll talk about why jealousy and envy are important emotional signals and how they don’t have to always be a source of anxiety or a red-flag in our important relationships. Time will also be spent addressing how to navigate these feelings when they show up in people we care about.

This class is open to all attendees over the age of 18.
